1 И известили5046 Давида,1732 говоря:559 вот, Филистимляне6430 напали3898 на Кеиль7084 и расхищают8154 гумна.1637

2 И вопросил7592 Давид1732 Господа,3068 говоря:559 идти3212 ли мне, и поражу5221 ли я этих Филистимлян?6430 И отвечал559 Господь3068 Давиду:1732 иди,3212 ты поразишь5221 Филистимлян6430 и спасешь3467 Кеиль.7084

3 Но бывшие582 с Давидом1732 сказали559 ему: вот, мы боимся3373 здесь в Иудее,3063 как же нам идти3212 в Кеиль7084 против ополчений4634 Филистимских?6430

4 Тогда снова3254 вопросил7592 Давид1732 Господа,3068 и отвечал6030 ему Господь3068 и сказал:559 встань6965 и иди3381 в Кеиль,7084 ибо Я предам5414 Филистимлян6430 в руки3027 твои.

5 И пошел3212 Давид1732 с людьми582 своими в Кеиль,7084 и воевал3898 с Филистимлянами,6430 и угнал5090 скот4735 их, и нанес5221 им великое1419 поражение,4347 и спас3467 Давид1732 жителей3427 Кеиля.7084

6 Когда Авиафар,54 сын1121 Ахимелеха,288 прибежал1272 к Давиду1732 в Кеиль,7084 то принес3381 с собою и ефод.646

7 И донесли5046 Саулу,7586 что Давид1732 пришел935 в Кеиль,7084 и Саул7586 сказал:559 Бог430 предал5234 его в руки3027 мои, ибо он запер5462 себя, войдя935 в город5892 с воротами1817 и запорами.1280

13 Тогда поднялся6965 Давид1732 и люди582 его, около шестисот83373967 человек,376 и вышли3318 из Кеиля7084 и ходили,1980 где834 могли.1980 Саулу7586 же было5046 донесено,5046 что Давид1732 убежал4422 из Кеиля,7084 и тогда он отменил2308 поход.3318

18 И заключили3772 они между собою завет1285 пред3942 лицем3942 Господа;3068 и Давид1732 остался3427 в лесу,2793 а Ионафан3083 пошел1980 в дом1004 свой.

19 И пришли5927 Зифеи2130 к Саулу7586 в Гиву,1390 говоря:559 вот, Давид1732 скрывается5641 у нас в неприступных4679 местах,4679 в лесу,2793 на холме1389 Гахила,2444 что направо3225 от Иесимона;3452

20 итак по желанию185 души5315 твоей, царь,4428 иди;3381 а наше дело будет предать5462 его в руки3027 царя.4428

21 И сказал559 им Саул:7586 благословенны1288 вы у Господа3068 за то, что пожалели2550 о мне;

22 идите,3212 удостоверьтесь3559 еще, разведайте3045 и высмотрите7200 место4725 его, где будет нога7272 его, и кто видел7200 его там, ибо мне говорят,559 что он очень6191 хитер;6191

23 и высмотрите,7200 и разведайте3045 о всех убежищах,4224 в которых он скрывается,2244 и возвратитесь7725 ко мне с верным3559 известием, и я пойду1980 с вами; и если он в этой земле,776 я буду2664 искать2664 его во всех тысячах505 Иудиных.3063

24 И встали6965 они и пошли3212 в Зиф2128 прежде Саула.7586 Давид1732 же и люди582 его были в пустыне4057 Маон,4584 на равнине,6160 направо3225 от Иесимона.3452

25 И пошел3212 Саул7586 с людьми582 своими искать1245 его. Но Давида1732 известили5046 об этом, и он перешел3381 к скале5553 и оставался3427 в пустыне4057 Маон.4584 И услышал8085 Саул,7586 и погнался7291 за310 Давидом1732 в пустыню4057 Маон.4584

Chapter 23

1 THEN they told David, saying, Behold, the Philistines are fighting against Keilah and are robbing the threshing floors.

2 And David inquired of the LORD, saying. Shall I go and smite these Philistines? And the LORD said to him, Go and smite the Philistines and save Keilah.

3 And David's men said to him, We are afraid here in Judea, how much more then if we go to Keilah against the armies of the Philistines?

4 Then David inquired of the LORD again. And the LORD answered him and said, Arise, go down to Keilah; for I will deliver the Philistines into your hand.

5 So David and his men went to Keilah and fought with the Philistines and brought away their cattle and smote them with a great slaughter. So David saved the inhabitants of Keilah.

6 And it came to pass, when Abiathar the son of Ahimeleck fled to David to Keilah, he came down with an ephod in his hand.

7 And it was told Saul that David was come to Keilah. And Saul said, God has delivered him into my hands; for he has shut himself up by entering a town that has gates and bars.

8 And Saul called all the people together to war to go down to Keilah to besiege David and his men.

9 land David knew that Saul was plotting mischief against him; and he said to Abiathar the priest, Bring the ephod to me.

10 Then David said, O LORD God of Israel, thy servant has heard for certain that Saul seeks to come to Keilah to destroy the city on my account.

11 Will the men of the city deliver me and the men who are with me into the hand of Saul?

12 And the LORD said, They will deliver you; arise and go out of the city.

13 Then David and his men, who were about six hundred, arose and departed from Keilah and went wherever they could go. And it was told Saul that David had fled from Keilah; and he forbore to go forth.

14 And David abode in the wilderness of Misroth, and remained in a mountain in the wilderness of Ziph. And Saul sought him every day, but God did not deliver him into his hand.

15 And David saw that Saul was come out to seek his life; and David was in the wilderness of Ziph in a forest.

16 And Jonathan, Saul's son, arose and went to David in the forest, and strengthened his hands in God.

17 And he said to him, Fear not; for the hand of Saul my father shall not find you; and you shall be king over Israel, and I shall be with you, and you shall live; and even Saul my father knows that it is so.

18 And they two made a covenant in the valley before the LORD (who sits upon the cherubim). And Jonathan went to his house.

19 Then the Ziphites came up to Saul at Gibeah, saying, Behold, David is hiding himself with us in Mizroth, in the forest in Gibaoth, in the valley which is on the right side of the desert.

20 Now therefore, come down against us according to all the desire of your soul, and we shall deliver him into the king's hand.

21 And Saul said to them, Blessed be you of the LORD; for you have compassion on me.

22 Return and search and find the place where his haunt is and learn who has seen him there; for I am told that he is very subtle.

23 Know therefore and learn of all the lurking places where he hides himself, and return to me, to en_lbp_inform me with certainty, and I will go with you; and if he is in the land, I will search him out throughout all the thousands of Judah.

24 So they arose and went to Ziph before Saul; but David and his men were in the wilderness of Maon, in the plain by the side of the desert.

25 And Saul and his men went to seek David. And they told David: therefore he came down to Selah and abode in the wilderness of Maon. And when Saul heard that, he pursued David in the wilderness of Maon.

26 And Saul went on one side of the mountain and David and his men on the other side of the mountain: and David made haste to flee from Saul; for Saul and his men surrounded David and his men to take them.

27 But there came a messenger to Saul, saying, Make haste and come; for the Philistines have invaded the land.

28 Wherefore Saul returned from pursuing David, and went against the Philistines; therefore they called that land the Division of Sinar.

11 Will the men of the city deliver me and the men who are with me into the hand of Saul?

12 И сказал559 Давид:1732 предадут5462 ли жители1167 Кеиля7084 меня и людей582 моих в руки3027 Саула?7586 И сказал559 Господь:3068 предадут.5462

12 And the LORD said, They will deliver you; arise and go out of the city.

13 Then David and his men, who were about six hundred, arose and departed from Keilah and went wherever they could go. And it was told Saul that David had fled from Keilah; and he forbore to go forth.

14 And David abode in the wilderness of Misroth, and remained in a mountain in the wilderness of Ziph. And Saul sought him every day, but God did not deliver him into his hand.

15 И видел7200 Давид,1732 что Саул7586 вышел3318 искать1245 души5315 его; Давид1732 же был в пустыне4057 Зиф2128 в лесу.2793

15 And David saw that Saul was come out to seek his life; and David was in the wilderness of Ziph in a forest.

16 И встал6965 Ионафан,3083 сын1121 Саула,7586 и пришел3212 к Давиду1732 в лес,2793 и укрепил2388 его упованием3027 на Бога,430

16 And Jonathan, Saul's son, arose and went to David in the forest, and strengthened his hands in God.

17 And he said to him, Fear not; for the hand of Saul my father shall not find you; and you shall be king over Israel, and I shall be with you, and you shall live; and even Saul my father knows that it is so.

20 Now therefore, come down against us according to all the desire of your soul, and we shall deliver him into the king's hand.

21 And Saul said to them, Blessed be you of the LORD; for you have compassion on me.

22 идите,3212 удостоверьтесь3559 еще, разведайте3045 и высмотрите7200 место4725 его, где будет нога7272 его, и кто видел7200 его там, ибо мне говорят,559 что он очень6191 хитер;6191

22 Return and search and find the place where his haunt is and learn who has seen him there; for I am told that he is very subtle.

23 и высмотрите,7200 и разведайте3045 о всех убежищах,4224 в которых он скрывается,2244 и возвратитесь7725 ко мне с верным3559 известием, и я пойду1980 с вами; и если он в этой земле,776 я буду2664 искать2664 его во всех тысячах505 Иудиных.3063

23 Know therefore and learn of all the lurking places where he hides himself, and return to me, to en_lbp_inform me with certainty, and I will go with you; and if he is in the land, I will search him out throughout all the thousands of Judah.

24 И встали6965 они и пошли3212 в Зиф2128 прежде Саула.7586 Давид1732 же и люди582 его были в пустыне4057 Маон,4584 на равнине,6160 направо3225 от Иесимона.3452

24 So they arose and went to Ziph before Saul; but David and his men were in the wilderness of Maon, in the plain by the side of the desert.

25 And Saul and his men went to seek David. And they told David: therefore he came down to Selah and abode in the wilderness of Maon. And when Saul heard that, he pursued David in the wilderness of Maon.

26 And Saul went on one side of the mountain and David and his men on the other side of the mountain: and David made haste to flee from Saul; for Saul and his men surrounded David and his men to take them.

27 But there came a messenger to Saul, saying, Make haste and come; for the Philistines have invaded the land.

28 И возвратился7725 Саул7586 от преследования7291 Давида1732 и пошел3212 навстречу7125 Филистимлянам;6430 посему и назвали7121 это место:4725 Села-Гаммахлекоф.5555

28 Wherefore Saul returned from pursuing David, and went against the Philistines; therefore they called that land the Division of Sinar.
